The Florida Pregnancy Support Program’s network of pregnancy support centers provides pregnancy support services to women and their families. Participating pregnancy centers are located throughout the state. Whether you are in Miami, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Pensacola or anywhere in between, help is available.
Pregnancy help centers are local, non-profit organizations that provide support and assistance to women and men faced with difficult pregnancy decisions. In addition to free pregnancy tests, peer counseling and referrals, most centers offer classes on pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, and life skills.
Participating Pregnancy Help Centers Provide at No Charge:
- Free Pregnancy Tests
- Abortion Education
- Alternatives to Abortion
- Education and Training
- Adoption Information
- Referrals to state, community, and medical resources
Many participating pregnancy centers offer pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, and life skills classes. Participation is encouraged with free items such as:
- Maternity and baby clothing
- Formula and Baby Food
- Baby Bath Items
- Infant Carriers
These pregnancy services are available to women participating in the Florida Pregnancy Support Services Program (FPSSP) throughout their pregnancy and for the first year of the baby’s life.
The FPSSP participating pregnancy help centers do not provide or refer for abortion, and do not handle adoptions. The participating centers have no financial interest in your decision. They are here to serve and support you.
